Job Description:

Through this endeavor, we would like to hire a consultant to join our distinguished legal team. The holder of this position has a great opportunity to work on a variety of issues and provide high-level legal advice to our clients.

Basic Tasks:

• Provide sound legal advice to clients on various legal issues, including contracts, intellectual property, corporate law, commercial law, labor law, criminal cases.
• Drafting of contracts and legal documents.
• Preparation of regulations, legal memoranda, objection regulations, petition for reconsideration and Cassation before the Supreme Court.
• Experience in establishing local and foreign companies and managing foreign investment systems.
• Studying issues and disputes, expressing opinions and legal recommendations.
• Studying and analyzing judicial decisions and finding legal gaps.
• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal analyses.
• Stay abreast of recent legal developments.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
• Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Supervision of legal assistants and trainee lawyers.
• Participation in business development activities.
• Provide professional development to other employees.
• Representing the company at conferences and legal events.

Required Skills and Experience:

• University degree in law.
• 20 years of experience, including five years of experience in law firms and companies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Saudi law and related international laws.
• Experience in using legal computer programs.
